Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
A: Yes, you must be 8 years of age by Race Day
Q: IS THERE RACE DAY REGISTRATION?
A: There is no race day registration. Registration closes Wednesday, October 2nd, at 11:59 p.m.
Q: CAN UNREGISTERED CHILDREN RIDE WITH PARENTS DURING THE RACE
A: No, all participants on the Race Course must be registered and meet the Age Requirement
Q: HOW MUCH IS REGISTRATION?
A: $50, $60 or $70 depending on when you register. The price increases according to the following schedule:
April 1 - May 31: $50.00June 1 - July 31: $60.00
August 1 - October 6: $70.00
Q: ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?
A: No. We do not offer refunds for this event for any reason. This is a rain or shine event.
Q: CAN I SWITCH MY HEAT?
A: Usually you can do this if we have the capacity in the heat you want. To do this contact registration by sending an email to: john@masuperseries.com
Q: CAN I RESERVE AN ENTIRE HEAT?
A: Heats can be reserved. Please email john@masuperseries.com with your request and contact information if you are interested in reserving your own heat.
Q: WHERE AND WHEN DO I PICK UP MY RACE BIBS?
A: Your race packet may be picked up at the West Bradford Firehouse (1305 W Strasburg Rd, West Chester, PA 19382-1631) on Saturday between 10am-2pm and day of the event starting at 7:00 am.
Q: ARE CANOES PROVIDED?
Canoes are included in your registration; however you will need to bring a bike (and proper helmet) or rent one AHEAD of time! You can rent bikes through Low Riders.
Q: CAN I TRANSFER MY BIB?
Yes, until registration closes on October 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
Event Related FAQ:
Q: WHERE WILL THE PORT-A-JOHNS BE LOCATED?
A: There will be port-a-johns at the start and finish line and where participants enter/exit the canoe areas.
Q: CAN I USE A TAG-ALONG OR TOW-BEHIND BIKE
A: No tag-along or tow-behind Bikes
Q: CAN I USE A TANDEM BIKE?
A: Yes, tandem bikes are allowed
Q: CAN I TRAILER MY PET DURING THE RACE?
A: No. We don’t allow trailers or pets to be carried during the race
Q: WHERE DO I PARK?
A: There are 2-3 parking areas. Head to the Marshalton Inn and you will be directed to parking
Q: HOW MUCH IS PARKING?
A: We expect general parking to be $5.00, a few limited spots may cost a bit more
Q: WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY RACE NUMBER AND RACING CHIP?
A: Race bibs and chips will be available for pick up at the West Bradford Fire Company (across from the Marshalton Inn) the day before and the morning of the race. An email specifying the pick-up times will be sent to everyone who has registered a week or two prior to the event.
Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD, REFRESHMENTS AND ADULT BEVERAGES AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. Great food, refreshments, and beverages will be available for purchase
Q: DO YOU PAIR PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR THE EVENT?
A: Canoes are based on teams of two. You are responsible for finding a partner. We recommend using the social media pages to find other solo participants who are interested, but do not have a partner.
